Personal Injury

We do not require any up-front money to hire our law firm. We take all cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning you only pay us if we are able to recover money for you. This is most beneficial to you because we advance money for court costs or experts to help prove your case and the expenses will be recovered in the final settlement. We don’t get paid until you get paid so we all want to achieve the best result in a timely fashion. If we don’t recover any money for you then you do not pay us anything.

Criminal Defense

Affordable & Dedicated – At Miller & Hine, we are aware that nobody makes financial plans or saves up for a criminal defense attorney. Since criminal charges usually come as a surprise, we charge an affordable price to help accommodate each potential client.

Fair & Flexible Payment Plans – We know that money is not always available in a lump sum, which is why we offer payment plans. You will be required to make a down payment to start the case and then make monthly payments that fit your budget. We accept credit cards, debit cards, money orders, and cash.

Free Consultation – The initial consultation at our office is always free. At this consultation, you will learn the various options that are available to you and what it will cost to hire an attorney from Miller & Hine. The free consultation is also an opportunity for us to provide you with general information about the legal process and what to expect. We also visit clients in jail at absolutely no cost to provide them a free consultation.
