Client was charged after an undercover bust for illegal prostitution. The client was advertising for massages on an underground part of the internet. The officer interviewed her and she admitted to performing prostitution before.
The case was reviewed and determined that the officer's did not have enough evidence to make a case. Although she had admitted to performing it before, she never took a substantial step towards committing prostitution in the undercover bust. The Prosecutor dismissed the case on the day of trial.
HIT AND RUN
Leaving the Scene of an Accident (D Felony)
Client was charged with leaving the scene of an accident that left the victim in the hospital for over 20 days. The client was captured on video near the scene with a broken windshield and damage to her car.
No Jail, No Conviction
The Defendant was offered a plea deal of 4 years to serve. Multiple newspapers ran articles explaining the extensive injuries of the victims and at least 50 members from the community showed up at every hearing to support the victim. We rejected the plea and made an argument to the judge for a more lenient sentence. The Judge gave our client no jail time and no conviction if successfully completing probation.
Burglary in the 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, Stealing
The Defendant was charged in St. Charles County after someone observed him and another break into the apartment next to him. The witness observed the Defendant and another with a firearm and take multiple items from the apartment. The Defendant was captured on video walking up to the apartment.
No Jail Time
The Defendant was offered 7 years to serve with a minimum time of 3 years in jail before being eligible for parole. The day before trial the Prosecutor dismissed the Armed Criminal Action and Stealing charge and amended the Burglary 1st to Burglary 2nd. The Defendant received probation.
Assault 1st; Armed Criminal Action; Unlawful Use of Weapon; Assault 2nd
Client was charged in St. Louis City with 2 Class A Felonies, 1 Unclassified Felony, and 1 D Felony of Assault for fighting. The State alleged that the Defendant fought someone and then shot both of them. The victim's identified the Defendant as the shooter at trial but previously told the cops differently.
The client was offered a plea deal of 12 years before the trial began. The Defendant would be required to serve 85% of the sentence before being eligible for parole. The jury deliberated and found the Defendant NOT GUILTY of Assault in the 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
Assault 1st Degree (A Felony)
Client was charged in St. Louis County with Assault 1st an A Felony. The client was charged after stabbing the victim multiple times during an argument.

Client was offered to serve 18 years in prison in order to plead guilty. After rejecting this and arguing the facts of the case to the Judge the client received no jail time and no conviction. This is why we don't settle with the Prosecutors.
Domestic Assault 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, Child Endangerment
Client was charged in St. Louis City with Domestic Assault (B Felony); Armed Criminal Action (Felony); and Child Endangerment (D Felony). Client shot at his brother during an argument and the client's nephew was in the vicinity.

Client was charged in the St. Charles Circuit Court for passing a bad check. The client wrote a check for over $400 without the funds available.
The case was dismissed after negotiations with the Prosecutor. The client only paid the amount of the check and nothing else.
Possession of Marijuana; Open Container
Client was charged in a St. Louis County Municipal Court for possession of marijuana and an open container of alcohol.
The case was dismissed after negotiations with the prosecutor. We argued that the officer had no probable cause to search the vehicle. The Prosecutor agreed and dismissed the case.
Assault 1st Degree (A Felony); Assault 2nd (C Felony)
Client was charged with one count of Assault (A Felony) and two counts Assault (C Felony). The client was alleged to have beaten three people over the head with a baseball bat.
The morning of the trial the case was dismissed.
Unlawful Possession of Firearm (D Felony)
Client was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon- Prior Felon (Class D Felony).
The stop of the motor vehicle was unlawful and after proving this the Prosecutor dismissed the case.
Receiving Stolen Property (C Felony)
Client was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (Class C Felony).
On the day of trial the Prosecutor dismissed the charge.
